Lock Box Removal 7 March 2019
Dear Residents,
Please be reminded that, the Association’s Rules and Regulations now provide, under Article III. MOVING IN AND OUT:
Lockboxes are permitted to be stored on-site for temporary real estate purposes. Lockboxes should not remain on-site for longer than three (3) months and should be removed immediately after a sale or lease of a unit. All lockboxes must be reported, prior to installation, to management.
Lockboxes must be stored on the railing outside of each building’s lobby, across from the intercom. Lockboxes are not to be stored in any other location within the Association’s common area.
Please note that all lockboxes that remain outside of the designated locations provided above, will be removed and disposed of by Friday, March 22, 2019. Therefore, please be sure that your lockbox is either removed or reported to management and placed in the appropriate location before this date.
