We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our Client Services - Call Center, established earlier this year to better service the needs of our clients. Customers calling our (310) 370-2696 telephone line are now immediately connected to a member of our skilled Client Services team. Occasionally you may experience a brief hold time as all agents are busy assisting customers. If this happens, you may choose to hit 7 on your phone and leave a message in our general mailbox. Your message will then be dispatched to our Call Center that same day, unless it is left after 5 PM Monday – Thursday or after 4 PM on Fridays. Customers calling our telephone line after-hours will have the option to be connected to our after-hour emergency live answering service.
Our Client Services team members are ready to assist Owners, Residents, Vendors, etc. including, but not limited to the following items:
· New common area maintenance issues,
· Follow up on current maintenance issues,
· Providing insurance information, and information on how to obtain copies of the Association’s governing documents,
· Transferring calls to our Community Certified Association Managers and/or the Managers’ assistants.
Client Services is available Monday-Thursday 9 AM – 5 PM; Friday 9 AM – 4 PM.
