SECURITY SCREENS
The other day a neighbor of mine had a new screen installed for her sliding glass door. A logo on their truck said MEJESTEC “Premium Security Doors and Windows” so I asked the workman what was so special about his screens. Turns out, they have three locks and the mesh is made from marine-grade stainless steel which means it cannot be easily cut or penetrated.
Since I live on the ground floor, security has always been a primary concern to me. During the summer, with no building air conditioning, I have to balance my security concerns with the need for ventilation. This requires keeping my sliding glass door partially open to allow some air to enter the unit. While I shut my existing screen door and lock it, it offers absolutely no security protection.
The MAJESTEC screens appear to solve a long existing problem for me. After the workman demonstrated how are the screens are installed and how they work I was sold, and I placed an order.
I passed this information on as a neighbor. If you have the same security concerns that I had then hopefully this information might be of use to you.
MAJESTEC is an Australian company with an office here in Redondo. Their website is; MajestecSoCal.com 855-majestec
